Called on a Monday morning and received same-day service, within 2 hours, for steam heat not working. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace, got necessary parts and repaired issue in a timely manner. They also did annual maintenance service on the unit to assure no further issues through the rest of winter. Technicians gave great tips for regular at home maintenance to extend the longevity of the unit. Would definitely recommend.

I hired this company in September 2022, to replace sink drain pipe that was broken in my 2nd floor bathroom, to assess the piping and fix the problem dry wall was cut open. I wish they would have explained replacing drywall was not included, therefore felt it was overpriced for not fixing drywall after it was removed for the purpose of fixing the pipe.

I used Continental Plumbers for the first time recently. Initially, I was very apprehensive about what needed to be done after it was discovered during the initial assessment that the problems with the bathroom toilet on the 2nd floor and of an outdoor faucet could not be addressed until two very old meter shut off valves in the basement of this close-to-a-century-old house had to be replaced. Juan Carlos, the point man was very helpful at pointing out what needed to be done first. He was very attentive and helpful... so were the actual service/repairmen, Adolfo and his apprentice (I'm sorry I did not get his name). They, too, were very attentive and explained to me in simple terms how the job was going to be done.They were all very professional. In the end, everything turned out fine.

My 3rd experience was just as good as the first. Very professional and accommodating. The pricing was pretty good and the customer service was great. Installed my water heater. I will be using them again. Thank you Continental Plumbers.
